Eid al-Fitr has its brilliance, joy, and customs that repeat over the days. There are common customs among Arab peoples on Eid al-Fitr, starting with the Eid prayer in major mosques, squares and fields, then family visits, wearing new clothes, children's "Eidiya" (gifts), and then ing out to parks, gardens and other public places. These are most of the common customs that Eid al-Fitr brings to the Arab world, but peoples are characterized by some other customs, especially in food, popular dishes and family meetings. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is the habit of the Saudi people to offer gifts and give money to children of relatives and non-relatives alike, with family visits and ing to rest houses, game cities, and entertainment centers, and beaches as in the city of Jeddah or the Eastern Province. Popular food and dishes spread on Eid between one city and another in the Kingdom, but they often agree on the main ingredients, most notably: Al-Mufattah, Al-Kabsa, Al-Jareesh, Al-Maamoul: which is one of the most famous oriental sweets, and Al-Saleeq: which is one of the famous foods in the Hejaz region and Taif.
