The largest women's university in the world displays its achievements – Princess Nourah University holds the virtual 'Impact' media exhibition for two months

Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University opened its virtual media exhibition: (Impact) during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, for the month of Shawwal 1442 AH in a qualitative media experience in which the university displays photos, drawings, infographics and video scenes depicting a side of its most prominent achievements, and also presents an introduction to its departments and colleges which number more than 15 colleges. 


The (Impact) exhibition comes to constitute a step through which the university aims to create a creative experience for exhibition visitors during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. The exhibition, which was launched "remotely" by Her Excellency the Rector of the University, Dr. Inas bint Suleiman Al-Issa, contains 3 virtual halls for designs, multimedia, and photographs, for more than (100) media materials, in several knowledge files, dealing with local and global topics, including: (Saudi Vision, women locally and globally, sustainable development, artificial intelligence, in addition to international days). The exhibition addresses a set of topics and files at Princess Nourah University, most notably (the strategic plan, international rankings and university participations, the Princess Nourah Award for Women's Excellence, programs and partnerships, and other topics within the scope of university movement). It is noted that Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University had organized last February, on the sidelines of the launch of the university's strategic plan 2025, the Impact 2021 exhibition, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh, as the first digital media exhibition in Saudi Arabia, while the 'Impact' exhibition comes to provide a greater opportunity to visit the virtual exhibition, which lasts for the next two months, and also comes as a culmination of the university's role in making impact, as it is one of the objectives of the university's strategic plan with regard to leading knowledge impact. Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University is the largest women's university in the world. King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz - may ,d have mercy on him - laid its foundation stone on Wednesday, Shawwal 29, 1429 AH, and its area is 8 million square meters at a cost of 20 billion riyals.

The university, which includes more than 60 thousand female students and about 2000 faculty members and 777 postgraduate students distributed over 19 master's and doctoral programs and 6 administrative agencies, seeks to achieve excellence locally, regionally and globally in the field of university education, scientific research, community service, environmental development and building a knowledge society within the framework of the Islamic, cultural and social of society and in a way that contributes to achieving sustainable development.
