In one of the important magazines whose first issue was published in Cairo in the year 1915 AD, meaning before more than (105) years, news and subjects follow the news of the founder King Abdulaziz Al Saud – may d have mercy on him – and the events that happened in his era before the founding of the Kingdom in the year 1932 AD and what after the founding.

For the magazine (Al-Lataif Al-Musawwara) weekly which was founded by Iskandar Makarious in the year 1915 AD and continued in issuance until it stopped in the year 1941 AD, published (101), journalistic and news materials about King Abdulaziz Al Saud and news of the royal family, and news of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during more than a quarter century which is the period of the magazine's issuance. 

And the King Abdulaziz Public Library keeps a complete collection of the magazine numbers, and it is a magazine that addressed during this historical period the events and famous personalities in the world in a high style and literary language that has its distinguished style that expresses the eloquence of the era and the most skilled writers in that time. 

And the Al-Lataif Al-Musawwara magazine which was issued on Monday morning of every week, and it is among the first illustrated magazines in Egypt, documented many of the important events in this period from the contemporary Arab history, and the history of the Egyptian Kingdom, as well as the signal to the global events. 

And the magazine was printing (17) thousand copies, and it is a large number in that time, and after the year 1929 it became printed in colors and appeared in a bright look, and this magazine appeared in the middle of events of the first universal war, and was focusing throughout the years of the war on publishing photos from the fields of fighting in Egypt and Europe and Iraq and Syria and other countries that battles of the first universal war ran on its earth.

And from among what Al-Lataif published about King Abdulaziz Al Saud – may d rest his soul – the meeting that gathered him and King Faisal king of Iraq, where it published in number 24 March 1930 AD page 32 then it republished the photo of the meeting again on the cover of the magazine in its number (1005) twentieth year: Monday 14 May year 1934 AD meaning after the founding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by a year and half approximately.

As it published a photo of the founder King while he was performing the Hajj pilgrimage, and a photo of the youngest sons of his majesty King Abdulaziz Al Saud king of Hejaz and Nejd touring the courtyard of the house in his small car and to his side one of the servants. and a photo of his majesty King Ibn Saud (King Abdulaziz) on the back of his ship with his private doctor and his consultant Sheikh Hafiz Wahba, and Sheikh Yusuf Yassin editor of "Umm Al-Qura" newspaper on the back of the ship Patrick Stewart the British which transported his majesty and the men of his entourage to the Gulf for meeting with his majesty King Faisal and the Iraqi delegation, and published other photos of HRH Prince Saud the crown prince, in 14 October 1926
