New papers from (Old Jeddah)
Yahya Bajnaid
I recall small dreams in (Old Jeddah), sleeping in the evening by the moonlight, its white houses shining in the morning under the eye of the sun. The mouths of its Rowashin breathe breezes moistened by the dew, and its scent is a mixture of iodine smell and Neem trees. Its two lungs: (The sea) and the Neem tree. The sea grants us its fresh breath in the heat of summer, and the Neem tree purifies the (Azib) air from the hot wind and its dust coming from the south.
