Recently, the Kingdom has effectively entered the context of Arab and international conference culture, as economic, medical, scientific and research conferences in various fields have been held on its land. The Kingdom has opened the horizon without limits to enter the era of soft power at all its levels and fields. 

Currently and during the coming days of the month of September 2022, a number of international conferences are being held discussing developmental and environmental issues held and being held during the month of September 2022 in the Kingdom, such as the "Next World" forum under the title: "The Future of Saudi Arabia" which is held in Riyadh between (7-8 September) with the presence and participation of more than a thousand prominent personalities in the sector of sports and electronic games internationally including ministers and leaders, major investors, game developers and publishers, sports associations and tournaments, technical service providers, players, startups, public sector representatives, and commercial brands. The Euromoney Saudi Arabia 2022 conference is also held in Riyadh under the slogan: "Institutionalization of Investment and Finance", starting from September 7. 

Riyadh also hosts the International Conference for the Future of the Desalination Industry, as the first global gathering of its kind exploring the horizons and solutions of the future of water in the world to develop the industry and discuss and present sustainable solutions, under the slogan "Desalination in Space", organized by the Saline Water Conversion Corporation in the period from 11 - 13 September. Policymakers, innovators, financiers, marketers, operators, contractors and developers as well as technology suppliers around the world participate in it.

SDAIA and Artificial Intelligence: 

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority - may d protect him -; the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority "SDAIA" is organizing the Global AI Summit in its second edition under the slogan "AI for the od of Humanity", at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh during the period from 17 to 19 Safar 1444 AH corresponding to 13 to 15 September 2022.

The summit discusses everything related to the field of AI technologies from present reality, challenges and aspirations towards utilizing its technologies through what the participating experts and specialists from senior officials in vernment agencies and major technology companies in the world will present of different displays highlighting the latest research and technologies in this field, and exchanging expertise with them and discovering investment opportunities associated with AI tools during the next phase.

More than 100 speakers around the world participate in the summit, where a range of topics indicating the reflections of AI on the most important sectors are discussed such as: smart cities, human capacity development, health care, transportation, energy, culture and heritage, environment, and economic movement with the aim of finding solutions to current challenges and maximizing the benefit from AI technologies.

In the Scientific and Cultural Horizon :

In the scientific and cultural field, the Kingdom is witnessing a package of events during the period between September - November 2022 including:The Ministry of Culture organizing the Riyadh International Book Fair 2022, during the period from September 29 to October 8 in Riyadh Front, organized and supervised by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission.

The fair, which has occupied a prominent place among Arab book fairs, represents a cultural window that brings together literature, publishing and translation makers from local and international institutions and companies with readers and those interested, in addition to what it provides through its cultural program of qualitative cultural events, dialogue platforms, interactive lectures, and workshops covering various cultural and artistic fields, as well as its role in developing community reading habits and skills, and increasing cognitive, cultural, literary and artistic awareness.

 The Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission is also organizing the "Translation" forum in its second edition during the period from 3 - 4 November next at the Ministry of Education headquarters in Riyadh, under the title "Future Translation.. Translation and Technology", where the forum will address modern techniques and trends in the translation industry, and the promising challenges and opportunities provided by technical development in the era of artificial intelligence.

The forum will witness the establishment of the "Translation Hackathon" event, which is a qualitative competition organized by the Commission, in which teams of programmers and translators compete to innovate technical solutions for the challenges facing the translation industry.

The forum includes 8 dialogue sessions over two consecutive days, at a rate of four sessions daily, discussing the most important issues of modern translation, along with 10 workshops aimed at honing practitioners' skills and developing their capabilities, and 3 workshops on modern translation techniques, provided by specialized trainers with 8 training hours.

The Commission will provide the opportunity to meet translation experts through allocating a "Talk with Experts" track which will grant attendees the opportunity to talk with local and international translation experts participating in the forum, through short sessions.

The Global Cybersecurity Forum will hold its next session in Riyadh on November 9-10, 2022 

to discuss accelerating geopolitical and strategic variables, and the horizons of shaping the future of cybersecurity, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may d protect him -, and organized by the Saudi "National Cybersecurity Authority".

The forum represents a leading global platform in opening knowledge horizons about cybersecurity topics, and building cooperation foundations. Elite decision-makers and CEOs, senior vernment officials, and representatives of prominent global companies, Ns, and academic circles around the world participate in it.

The forum confirms Saudi Arabia's leading position globally in supporting international efforts; and unifying joint endeavors, on the level of researching strategic issues related to cyberspace.

Its sessions discuss 5 main axes, covering a wide range of topics aimed at driving development in the sector, and enhancing solidarity and partnerships between vernment and private agencies around the world. The first axis, "Change Horizons in the Cyber Landscape", will deal with current and future cybersecurity threats, and how to harness technologies as secure solutions. The second axis, "Cyber Economies", will discuss fields of benefiting from market forces, incentive programs and economic vernance in shaping cyberspace.

The third axis, "Geo-Cyber Evolution", researches changing global cyber arrangements, and the dimensions of evolution topics in the field of the international system and future technologies. While the fourth focuses on "The Future of Cyber Work", where participants will discuss ways to attract, develop and maintain talents; through understanding challenges and providing appropriate incentives.

The fifth axis touches on "Cybersecurity for All", by researching practical solutions to bridge the cyber gap globally, and ensuring cybersecurity for all societies; especially developing countries. Interactive sessions will include different trends to explore the future of the field, in addition to focusing on the role of advanced technology in revolutionizing information sharing.

An Exceptional Session: 

An exceptional session of the Arab Radio and Television Festival is held in Riyadh, organized by the Union in Riyadh during the period from 7 to 10 November next, with the presence of more than a thousand media professionals from various parts of the world, and many international media organizations.

The festival in its 22nd edition discusses important topics that help face the challenges of the current stage, and the radical transformations it is witnessing, touching on modern media techniques and the importance of keeping pace with them with all their programs and services aimed at reaching modern media that is consistent with the stage's requirements and developments.

The festival highlights Arab media and how to develop it, and creating ways of communication and expertise exchange to elevate regional production level to keep pace with developments of the global scene. The selection of the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) of the Kingdom to organize this festival comes to enhance its regional and international position, and to confirm its depth in the Arab and Islamic worlds, and to consolidate its being a global logistics center.

Riyadh is today a point of attraction for filmmakers and media content, and has become a global media center by embracing 400 specialized media companies and more than 25 local TV channels and 80 media production houses and more than 20 local radio stations .
