Our Vision for Participation:

King Abdulaziz Public Library believes that electronic participation is the fundamental pillar for improving the beneficiary experience and enhancing institutional performance efficiency. We do not view the beneficiary merely as a service consumer, but rather as an active partner in decision-making and the development of knowledge and cultural policies, ensuring that our services are aligned with the needs and aspirations of society.

Objectives of Electronic Participation:

• Enhancing Transparency: Providing direct channels for exchanging opinions and suggestions with complete clarity.
• Participatory Decision-Making: Engaging the public in evaluating existing services and contributing to the design of future services.
• Response and Analysis: Reviewing all submitted suggestions and analyzing them through specialized committees to implement them according to applicable regulations and policies.
